Hypnotiz uses three cues to help you relax.  First is audio pacing provided by beeping that slows from 60 to 40 beats per minute.  Second is the flashing of messages at the same rate.  And thrid is the actual subliminal content of the messages.  Hypnotiz is useful for such things as helping you reduce stress, quit smoking, fall asleep, or just relax.  Its operation is very simple.  It can be loaded with your own subliminal suggestions.  There are no hidden or locked in suggestions.
